The Vicious Sweet

Ron Bonk's The Vicious Sweet stars Sasha Graham as Tyler Phenix, a popular cult actress who seems to have the world at her feet, but continually makes bad decisions preventing her career from advancing. As she is about to commit suicide, she is abducted by someone in her house and passes out, awakening chained to a bed. Tyler is the prisoner of a mysterious man called Grimaldi, who says that his purpose is to teach her all that she has forgotten. Using projected films, masks, and other unsavory devices, Grimaldi asks Tyler intimate questions about her unpleasant past, punishing her when she gives an answer which he considers to be untrue. In between sessions, he drugs her so she will sleep. As the days progress, Tyler becomes more honest, revealing her past and slipping into a strange sort of trance filled with frightening hallucinations. When she wakes up, she learns some terrifying facts about herself, Grimaldi, and her captivity.
