Our research is nearing its conclusion, and it's important to remember that it focused on the "Uses of ICT in internal communication at Rawbank: issues and challenges". We conducted this study among the company's employees.Information and Communication Technologies are now essential in our modern world, greatly facilitating both internal and external interactions within companies.Our work is structured around three chapters, each addressing a particular aspect. The first chapter explores the fundamental concepts and theoretical framework, clarifying notions that might be confusing for our readers. The second chapter provides an overview of Rawbank, examining its geographical location, history, activities, organization and the tools used internally and externally. Finally, the third chapter analyzes the results of the interviews, providing an in-depth understanding of the use of ICT in internal communication at Rawbank.
