When Gwen, a precocious 4-year old, signed a one-year lease on an office in which to house her fledgling private investigative venture, she had no idea that her first client would be a playboy sheikh whose tiny sultanate is in the throes of a civil war. In spite of her reluctance to become involved, young Gwen's every move leads her inexorably into a first encounter with an equally precocious space alien who is on a mission to save a planet. Gwen has the resources, she thinks, but she first has to bring unity to her own family.
