After the recent tragic events which took place in Bergen, Kris and Hazel return to Scotland, and their turbulent lives begin to return to normal...but, life is rarely that simple, and an unexpected development sees Kris and Hazel return to Bergen, and the scene of the tragedy. The journey is eventful, and Hazel finds herself the object of affection of a high profile pop star, Morten Hardanger, who is one of many involved in an elaborate revenge plot designed to destroy Kris and his family.
