Sophia “Soap” Lazarchek is starting to suspect that not all of life’s problems can be solved with robots. Even though she’s only sixteen, Soap has been shipped off to a special school for the “college experience,” which evidently includes trying not to make a fool of yourself on a date, learning to eat cold pizza for breakfast (it goes surprisingly well with orange juice), and defending the world from a ruthless genius and his latest doomsday machine.When an old enemy steals a prehistoric bioweapon capable of enslaving the planet, Soap and her peers must put aside their differences and combine their unusual talents to unravel the conspiracy. It will take all of Soap’s wits, along with her best ‘bots, to face down her personal nightmare. If she fails, then Halloween will mark the dawn of the apocalypse.
