As Tatiana and Betty splash their way to school, they are nearly hit by a speeding car. Cars rush through the neighborhood and create a danger for the Engirlneers and their classmates. The Engirlneers decide that something must be done before someone gets gravely injured. The Engirlneers enlist the help of their artistic classmate, Shazia, to show the school board and parents that a speed bump must be installed. Will Tatiana be able to overcome a fear of public speaking to get the speed bump installed?
