The Dragon of Unwise Children is both a non-fictional and fictional accounting of the repercussions of the 1937 decision by President Hoover to employ the technologies of Nikola Tesla in a British Monarchy-led effort to better manage the, still emerging, Third Reich set in a modern fictional action-thriller and espionage-laden framework involving the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear incident of 2011.
