Welcome to my book of emotions, these poems are written from my heart , struck by grief i started writing poems from my thoughts and emotions, a self healing diary if you like. One day sat in my garden lost in my own thoughts I had an idea that someone would possibly benefit from reading these poems. They are obviously written in my words for my grief journey but Im hopeful people can relate and discover they are not alone. Although grief is sad its also a fantastic way to see how loved you are or even how much love you have to give. The simplicity of my book speaks volumes and Im so incredibly proud that this is mine to share with you all.
