Sleeping Garden: A Bedtime Story

Sleeping Garden is a bedtime story that helps children fall and stay asleep by learning how to use their senses of touch, vision, audio, and smell. The fantasy garden has living creatures who fall asleep with the help of Violet, the protagonist of the story. In so doing, Violet is able to associate pleasant experiences from the garden with ordinary characteristics of her bedroom. The book is the first of the series "Imagine" which focuses on teaching guided imagery and relaxation skills for children through the use of stories.
