Not all alien invasions are with ray guns and starships. Some are subtle, but are no less deadly, happening in the shadows, right out of sight and maybe out of all human perception. This is the beginning of the story of such an incursion from right beside us from Sideways, and as the epic unfolds, survival becomes doubtful and our world is transformed into a dystopian nightmare.
