Port St. Isabel is the oil refining capital of the United States. Each year, hundreds of workers flock to the shores of South Texas for the slim chance that they might climb up the corporate ladder and make it rich. The locals aren't so lucky. Living in squalor, Parker and Constance do their best to get by. Even hiding their feelings for each other.
When corporate greed extends past what the residents of Port St. Isabel can take, Parker and Constance choose to take action.
