Room for One...Maybe Two in Bloomington, MN

When a struggling stand-up comedian finds himself in need of an apartment, his friend stumbles upon a deal that seems impossible to resist. But after going on the visit, he decides against moving in. He soon discovers that it was not his decision to make, and finds himself fighting for his life, competing for the final vacancy in an apartment ruled by murderous roommates. In trying to escape, he realizes that events from the past might be the key to preserving his future.
