The intent of this book is to teach the reader what gentrification is. This book will address, but not focus on the emotional ties to gentrification. I'll also talk briefly about the history addressing how we got to this point in Urban America. The reader will learn some social impacts of real estate development decisions. The reader will also learn internal and external factors which cause neighborhoods to change.
