How often do you stop to take in your surroundings? I don't think I do it enough. This book is a collection of poems I've written over the last three years. I've felt most inspired being still, and taking a second to bring awareness to myself and the present moment. I sat with difficult emotions, or just admired the beauty right in front of me. These poems highlight feelings of love, heartbreak, becoming a mother, and everything in between.
