Brian Murphy's future is full of purpose and rich promise. He and his fiancée Deanna become engaged after his graduation. When Deanna contracts leukemia and dies suddenly, those purposes and promises die too. A devastated Brian drops out of law school and enters a retreat. Soon after he decides to become a priest, two little brothers from his parish are orphaned. Determined to keep them together, he starts proceedings to adopt them. Enters Grace who bears an uncanny resemblance to Deanna, his first love. Grace ignites a fire in his belly and the story engulfs into a real Presence of Grace.
