In order to restore Akari's father Mikage's faith in himself, Shu becomes the student of Mikage's old rival—Greg the Hammer! As he and Akari struggle to develop as pianists, they become all too aware of the pressing time limit… But if he wants to develop his own sound—and to help the adults around him—Shu must turn towards the stage of competition once more!
