Penny knows nothing of Ellandria, an enchanted world of talking animals, until the morning her sister Gigi vanishes in a puff of smoke. With the help of Madame Howe and her talking cat Qiao Miao, Penny begins to unravel the secrets her family has kept from her--the connection to Ellandria and its evil Captor, Savino.
