Peek is a high- performance, biocompatible, and semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer widely accepted in dental applications due to its excellent mechanical, physical, aesthetic, and biological properties. Peek in implants offer unique combination of surface topography, material option and implant design. This manuscript outlines the structure, material properties, key application areas and clinical advantages of PEEK in contemporary prosthetic and Implant Dentistry.
