A reclusive software engineer with ties to Silicon Valley, she mixes ruthless logic with dangerous friendships, launching a scorched earth campaign of government data breaches to force her sister’s release. Considering only the prospect of Revekah's rescue, Dacia unwittingly sparks city—wide riots on a national scale with her exposure of government treason.
