Private Investigator Xara Smith, her business partner Jill, and her girlfriend Jana go on vacation together to a spirited Resort called "Octagon Occult". With Halloween just around the corner the witches gather and mischief ensues. The reporter's head gets cut off, Jana is kidnapped, Xara takes a mud bath, the dog wears glasses, soldiers kick down doors, Jill buys an old computer, the lust ceremony is interrupted, the pentagram is washed clean, the witches are skyclad, and the owner doesn't want the thirty-million dollars.
