Stormin’ Norman Cash was a person who truly loved people, whatever their life journey should be, and showed it. On or off the baseball diamond, Norm connected with people & brought happiness to those he encountered, taking time to help others while seeking nothing in return. Cash was a hysterically funny individual who just happened to be blessed with the ability to hit baseballs frequently into the stands – and sometimes completely out of the ballpark. 40 years after his untimely death, just hearing his name will bring a smile or warm a soul, whether you knew him intimately or from afar. This young man from Texas put an imprint on the souls of thousands across Michigan, an imprint that lasts far beyond his time on earth.
