Over 30 years, I was in the psych ward over 130 times. I stopped counting at 130. I felt secure enough to share this collection of poems with the public. I write these poems for those survivng abuse. I hope my words of understanding will encourage them to talk about their pain today instead of when they are 50 - as I have done.This book is the first in a series that I am writing to teach people how to write.
