Tom and his little sister Lily are enjoying another picture-perfect day in Arizona, playing in the pool. It is sunny and warm, as it is most of the year. Tom is a happy four-year-old, but today his world is about to be turned upside down! Mom suddenly looks very pale and says she is feeling sick. She can't even get out of bed!
