Made possible through member donations to the IREM Foundation, this report provides results from the IREM Jobs Analysis, a thorough, structured examination of the job of real estate manager.This research is critical to the development of our certifications--the Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM). It allows us to determine if candidates for those certifications meet the required levels of proficiency--and it forms the basis for educating real estate managers to do their jobs well.The report includes the tasks most critical to a real estate manager's job and how those tasks vary by IREM certification, organization type, job function, and property type.
