A comedic satire of labor versus management and union negotiations. A likeable but idiotic college graduate applies for an executive position. His scheming uncle hires him as a factory worker and an unwitting dupe in an underhanded financial deal. The uncle's plan backfires when his nephew causes a strike that soon goes nationwide.
