Anger is a natural feeling, but if it's not handled properly, it can cause serious problems. Those of you who grew up with comics are familiar with The Incredible Hulk. The good man Bruce Banner became the angry being of the Hulk, whose metamorphosis was caused by his anger. Unfortunately, when we get angry, we don't always resort to heroic deeds. We need to learn how to deal with anger properly so as not to harm ourselves or others.
