's act was entertaining at first, since he perfectly tweaked the mainstream with his snotty, campy gay humor. However, he has since proven that he only had one joke, and he doesn't quite know how to expand it, as

keeps hammering away at camp humor throughout this collection of holiday songs --
"I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus,"
"RuPaul the Red Nosed Drag Queen,"
"Hard Kandy Christmas,"
etc. -- and all of it is tired, predictable, and simply not funny. It's a sad display from an entertainer who used to be hip, clever, and very funny. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine
