Etty Hillesum was a young Dutch woman of Jewish origin who died in Auschwitz. Initially far from God, she found Him looking deep inside herself and wrote that she was restless until she found Him. Eventually she found him in the Catholic Church. This book recounhts the moving story of her conversion, faith and ultimate martyrdom.
