You can't ever remove fat cells, but – unfortunately – you can also add in their mind. Depending upon what you eat, one's body will manufacture new far cells. And like those you were born with, they never go away. That doesn’t mean you’re doomed to become fat once you place on excess weight. It is possible to shrink fat cells.
