My life has been a constant struggle with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. I found that writing them out, was the quickest way to get them out. I took up this challenge to call attention to mental health issues such as the ones mentioned above. This was my opportunity to spark a light in the darkness. To hopefully be a guiding light and let someone know they are not alone.
