We often dismiss the habitual acts of unkindness because it's normalized in us from birth. The author details what it's like to go through, what can be done while going through the process, what to expect while going through the process, and the difference it makes once you accept that the journey is real. He chose to share his innerstanding to give courage to those engaging in such a dark fight.
