Who would want to kill one of the kings of chocolate? April can't quite work it out. He was a well liked man, good husband, father and brother... he only wanted to retire and spend the rest of his days with his wife. No one was seen entering or leaving the chocolate factory and Roy Danbury was already dead when the first person was seen arriving. Everyone has alibis but they also have motive. The case is confusing the hell out of April and there's also the added extra of her new flatmate Duke, which isn't going so well and whose idea was it to have DI Johnson stand-in while Briggs is away? Can DI Maxwell solve the case or will she have to walk away before she commits a crime of her own? She knows one thing for sure, her fortnight couldn't possibly get any worse.
