Deadly Surveillance: An Investigation That Became a Covert Military Operation in Bloomington, MN

This is the true story of Susan Oates, who was unwittingly implanted with a top-secret covert military device, which allowed her to sub-audibly communicate with her military handlers. Follow her fifteen-year saga, as she first attempts to assist them with their mission and is subjected to years of systematic conditioning at the mercy of covert ops.
