This book is a daily meditation. It is the culmination of my personal meditation practices thus far in my life. Through my studies of different spiritual practices, religions, and pagan rituals I have come to discover a lifestyle which has allowed me to transform how I react to this human existence. The intention for this book is to help others find their healing within. Through accountability, responsibility, and acceptance we can allow a deep and ever-changing healing within. In so doing we can connect more consciously with our highest self and realize we are Spirit.
