This volume constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 10th IFIP WG 13.8 International Conference on Culture, Technology, and Communication, CaTaC 2016, held in London, UK, in June 2016.The 9 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions.
