Thirty-nine-year-old Bernard Spence, a former correctional officer, draws upon his law-enforcement skills to help rid the streets of his Brooklyn neighborhood of two bad guys. Removing the mischievous teenagers from the community is no easy task. At times, getting rid of the merciless young men seems impossible. However, Bernard remains determined to get rid of the two community troublemakers.
