Alyssa Donovan is back, with her partner, Jack Keller. When a woman calls to confess to the murder of her husband, Donovan suspects she's lying to protect someone else. However, when Donovan gets word of another murder, and another confession, the case takes a sharp turn. The duo figures out that they're dealing with a dangerous serial killer.
