According to the history of human evolution, Africa was the birthplace of both the huminin sub family and the genius Homo, including eight species of which only Homo Sapiens remains. Fossil records show Homo Sapiens living in Southern and Eastern Africa between 100,000 to 150,000 years ago. The earliest human exodus out of Africa and within the continent is indicated by linguistic and cultural evidence, and increasingly by computeranalyzed genetic evidence.
