Colorful Ribbons Presents the Orange Journey is Akua sharing her story of relationships, friendships and her experience with the "ribbon" in her 20's. Initially, she was afraid of how she was going to be perceived. However, her relative advised her that "the most powerful way of allowing yourself to serve a purpose in this world is to be vulnerable". With that quote in her mind, Akua decided that she wanted to not only share her story but for the reader to share theirs as well. That is why she decided to do an interactive journal. As she shares her story, you the reader are able to do the same by embarking on the journey as well.
