BUTTERSCOTCH PRALINES Recipe ...Oh, these are WONDERFUL! When we thinking about moving to New Orleans about 25 yrs ago, we stayed with friends several times that year. Her housekeeper made these (while I watched) and gave me her recipe. They are really fairly easy to make (and mistake-proof). I make them quite often now. They're always a welcome gift at the Holidays too!
