The Breville Smart Air has thirteen preset functions, that's a lot. These functions are Bake, Roast, Broil, Toast, Bagel, Warm, Pizza, Proof, Air Fry, Reheat, Cookies, Slow Cook and Dehydrate.
Each of these preset functions works with the product's Element IQ System and each of the six oven heating elements to automatically cook for best results.
