"BREATHE, The Book of HealingPoems" is a poetry book/ Journal. The book/ journal is apart of a series of books that were created to help all of us look at life in a different manner. As well as understand our circumstances, live within reality & heal ourselves through the power of poetry. "BREATHE, The Book of Healing Poems" is based off the throat chakra. Aiming to heal the anxiety, everyday stress caused from society and not understanding the real world. Inside this book there are seven poems written to give my perspective on breathing & healing. After each written poem there are two blank sheets for you the reader to engage and reflect on your perspective.
