Billie B. learns to be quite creative and adaptable in the two beginning chapter books contained in this volume. In story one, her baby brother destroys her school project, but she comes up with an idea the morning it is due. In the second story, Billie does not let the chicken pox ruin her vacation plans with her grandmother.
