Sometimes we just need to go with our own natural slow, to enable us to follow our own natural flow. When the world becomes overwhelming, what would happen if we just looked within and relied upon, some self-care rituals that we had developed as part of our own private coping skills. When we exercise self-care, we learn to take time for ourselves and to truly breathe, and become connected to what feels right for us. We begin to appreciate our inner strength and to trust our intuition, our inner guidance.
