Four women in different cities are strangled using a technique created by a martial artist master, Tony Nakamichi, who does not know them or their instructors. Aided by a young woman who aspires to be a police detective, he stumbles into a mystery involving several hidden caches of money stolen from a Russian mob figure who, ironically, is related to one of Tony Nakamichi's students. Twist follows turn in a mystery few of them can follow but one of them finally solves.
