The framers of our Constitution wrote, “That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” However, our country has looked in every area other than the Word of God to find them. The results have been demonstratively wicked. We have looked for life, liberty, and happiness but have ended up with death, bondage, and misery. The purpose of 'American Proverbs' is to allow people to find life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness in the Word of God in clear and easy-to-understand principles.
