How going through and coping with death, emotions, loneliness, how we sometimes hide behind putting on a brave face when inside we are screaming at the top of our voices hoping that someone looks underneath looks at what is in front of them, how one person learnt to cope with her emotions of not just the death of her husband but many things that had gone on within her marriage how it all came crashing in when he died.
