Ryan Lacen's 2023 drama film tells the story of a struggling addict named Chama. As a child, Chama watched her mother struggle with addiction. A mother herself now, Chama feels trapped in the same cycle. Unable to control her addiction, she soon loses custody of her daughter. Chama must confront her demons to save the one person who matters to her. The film co-stars Melissa Barrera, Jackie Cruz, and Jorge Garcia.
