African Origins of Sino-Tibetan Languages: Evidence from Comparative Lexical and Archaeological Data with Statistical Analyses and Historical-Cultural Notes examines the prehistory of Sino-Tibetan (ST) languages and the human environment in which they developed in an effort to determine whether ST languages originate from outside the geographical area in which they are now spoken and whether there is evidence to show that their origin lines in African languages, including the southwest Asian Semitic languages (which are known to be descended from African languages).
