AFREEMEEH is first an expression of being free then a movement. This book contains chapters such as: Systemic Oppression, African Identity, and Spirituality. Each piece of the writing stands independently to target a message sent to the readers using structure and flow. Not only that, but it encourages readers to take part in the AFREEMEEH movement by reflecting on their individual obstacles and ways they would want to be free from them.
